What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, message text, and the page path you submitted from.
- Cookie preference: a single value stored in your browser (localStorage) recording accept or reject for non-essential storage. No analytics cookies are used.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Where inquiry data goes
Form submissions are sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. A server we operate receives the JSON payload and routes it to staff mailboxes for reply. Data is not sold or shared with ad networks.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for legal claims or tax records, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact info@tool-horizonbase.click; we respond within statutory timelines.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If we use processors outside Thailand, we ensure appropriate safeguards as required by law.

Material updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
