Horizon Savings Planning Co., Ltd. (เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี 0105618166336) offers paid financial planning consultations. Payment follows a written confirmation of scope and schedule.

Eligibility for refunds

• Cancellation 48+ hours before a scheduled session: full refund of prepaid consultation fees.
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or one reschedule within 60 days, at your choice.
• Cancellation under 24 hours or no-show: no refund; a partial credit toward rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Custom research already delivered, third-party report fees we paid on your behalf, and completed sessions are not refundable.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is available when you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Additional moves may incur an administrative fee stated in your confirmation email.

Deposits

If a deposit is required to hold a calendar slot, it follows the same cancellation windows above unless your written quote specifies otherwise.

How to request a refund

Email info@tool-horizonbase.click or call +66-2-294-7385 with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days (proposed timeline).

Work already started

If you cancel after we have delivered written planning materials or held a live session, fees for completed work are earned and not refunded.

Disputes

We aim to resolve concerns directly. Thai consumer protection laws apply where relevant.
